Each breathwork experience is uniquely crafted by you and the power of your breath with me guiding you along the way. Your breath meeting you where you are at and taking you exactly where you need to be.
This is an active breathwork technique that goes beyond simple inhalation and exhalation. It is a conscious and intentional way of breathing that taps into your body's innate ability to heal, release and rejuvenate. Through this active, rhythmic breathing pattern, a safe space is created for you to access your innermost self, assisting you in the release of emotion and energy within your body and nervous system.
During a breathwork healing journey, you can expect a transformative and immersive experience in a safe, supportive and nurturing space. You can expect confidentiality, respect and non-judgement as you embark on your journey.
Sessions are 90 minutes in length, beginning with a check identifying an intention or goal for the session. I will guide you through the practice using essential oils, sound, crystals and other tools to aid in the experience. Here's what you can anticipate:
